Cutting the rail line at Wickham is fundamental to breaking the dying culture of Hunter Street, Newcastle. As a five year resident of Hunter St, I feel entitled to comment- the dry, "Maybe soon" mentality of occasional visitors and opiniated regional interest lobby groups is tiring and analysis paralysis.
Inaction is decay and positive action is for the local residents of Wickham and the new locals who are committed to growth and renew through the new markets for example.
