Favourite Customer Feedback Post

I appreciate this is a little self promotional, but it is just the greatest feeling, so I thought I'd share it with you. Just yesterday took a call late afternoon from a lovely lady down Bowral way (you know who you are!).

Her question? "We ordered a hamper of you guys last year and they just raved about it so we wanted to send another one - but I can't remember which one we sent," she gushed, "If I give you our name and the month we ordered it would you be able to remind me please?"

In no time I had sourced the previous order, we made alternative arrangements for a different design combination, and the order was placed.

Easy, simple, classic satisfied return customer. That is a great way to finish a Friday afternoon in my opinion!
